**Job Title: Sales Coordinator**
**Summary:**
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Singapore, East region. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing sales support, processing orders, and ensuring efficient data entry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong customer service orientation, product knowledge, and the ability to manage time effectively. This is a full-time position based on-site in Singapore.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide sales support to the sales team and assist in order processing
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry of sales orders and customer information
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create datasheets or spec. sheets
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Demonstrate product knowledge to assist customers with their needs
- Manage time efficiently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Engage in negotiations to secure sales and maintain customer relationships
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with a customer-centric approach
- Product knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Negotiation skills to drive sales and close deals
- Minimum qualification of secondary education or high school diploma
