You will be assisting the Director of Finance for managing the financial health and sustainability of the Club; all accounting, financial and payroll related issues, including but not limited to statutory and management reporting requirements, audit and control.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist Director of Finance in planning, organizing and executing financial tasks and projects of the Club
- Lead and mentor the Finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Review, evaluate financial statements, reports, and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast.
- Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
- Manage year end audit process, impairment assessment and attend to audit queries
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Degree in finance and accounting or related fields
- ACCA or CPA Singapore equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Finance Manager
- Meticulous and analytical with data.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proactive team player.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
