We are seeking a results-oriented and strategic Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent networking skills, and a deep understanding of the online platform ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets through innovative strategies.
- Market Expansion: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities that align with our business objectives.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers, to enhance the company’s market positioning.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and initial contact through negotiation and closing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies and alignment with company goals.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, providing insights to guide strategic decision-making and improve future performance.
- Frequent travelling is essential.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development or sales.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets and growing market share.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct market analysis and interpret data to inform business strategies.
