To this end, we are seeking an experienced Management Trainee - Group who can join our team and help pave the way towards our new goals.
About the position
This is a two-year Management Trainee program. You will be involved in the whole process of game and digital art production. You will have the opportunity to rotate among different Divisions and Studios/countries, collaborate with different teams such as, art, programming, design, finance and HR. People management, project management, cross-disciplinary collaboration, international communication and digital transformation will be some of the key disciplines where your skills will be put to use and reinforced.

Responsibilities
- Help managers complete daily tasks (e.g. project and team management)
- Understand each department’s daily processes and goals
- Provide administrative support (e.g. data entry)
- Participate in company’s strategic planning
- Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)
- Keep track of business revenue
- Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk
- Create and give presentations
- Handle the internal and external communication
- Manage Client Relationships
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in management or engineering from a leading international University
- Ability to learn new skills quickly and possess high levels of self-motivation
- Mature personality, able to manage relationships at a senior level and appreciates multicultural working environments
- International mindset
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills to solve complex issues within tight deadlines
- Great written and oral communication skills, with an emphasis on ability to synthesize
- Passionate about games and digital culture
- Excellent math and computational ability
- Effective communication skills
- Willing to rotate in different divisions and studios/countries
