Job Title: Customer Service (ID3456)
Location: Changi South
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm
Salary: $2500-$3500
Job Description:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional, courteous manner.
• Address and resolve any issues related to inventory, customs procedures, and shipment tracking.
• Provide clients with timely updates on the status of their inventory and shipments.
• Liaise with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient handling of cross-dock shipments.
• Communicate any security or safety concerns raised by customers and assist in resolution.
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma with 3 years in customer service, preferably in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management sectors.
· Possess knowledge in warehouse inventory software
· Able to work under stress and independently in a fast paced environment
· Good communication skills
· Customer oriented
