About the role:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual in a renewable 1 year contract position. The potential for contract extensions based on performance is available.
Salary Range: $4,800 to $5,200 (Depending on experience)

Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am to 5.30pm (Friday)
Purpose of Role:
The IT Projects and Operations Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the day to day technology operations and project application deliveries.
The main responsibility is to ensure that all project management, deliverables and supported operational work including applications and productivity tools are met with the business objectives.
Role Responsibilities:
- Overall in charge of entire project landscape of application projects and operational management.
- Accountable for the day to day organisational technology productivity and ensuring end to end service delivery and management.
- Provide strategies and lead implementation for the efficient management of IT project operations.
- Manage team’s project and operational day to day activities
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management and production readiness for new environments
- Ensure the level of service to customers/clients, availability metrics, analyse trends, and determine appropriate actions where applicable.
- Incident Management: delivery of 24x7 high performance service, reduction of incidents (zero incident strategy), minimize recovery times.
- Problem Management: structural resolution of incidents by delivering final fix based on RCA, leverage the problem management globally, reduce investigation time, drive improvement plans.
- Oversee the operations/ support/management of products/systems/ applications/services in meeting business objectives/ goals.
- Manage related IT procurements, assets and audits
- Oversee vendor relationships; ensure timely/accurate communication and resolution of issues
- Ensure compliance with well-defined enterprise technology delivery practices and standards and project management disciplines.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in Enterprise Application Project Management Experience
- Have manage teams and carries a strong leadership mantle.
- Familiar with platform based large-scale IT ecosystems.
- Good technical knowledge in software applications
- Experience in handling project schedules, budgeting, delivery and management
- Strong vendor and internal stakeholders management skills
- Demonstrate experience in project life cycles
- Self-driven and motivated
- Possess analytical mindset
- Working knowledge of Agile, DevOps methodology and tools
- PMP and ITIL Certification preferred
- Familiar with Jira knowledge management platform is preferred
- Familiar with EduTech is an advantage
