Major Tasks & Responsibilities
- Provide marketing support to the Sales & Marketing Department
- Familiar with marketing software and able to draw design (eg., Photoshop, Adobe illustrator etc..)
- Plan and coordinate the conceptualization and implementation of marketing plans (eg. sponsorship, media relations, marketing communications, direct marketing, website, public relations agencies, events and activities)
- Develop and coordinate field or trade marketing activities, and collaterals
- Manage all marketing resources, advertising, and promotion materials
- Oversee the brands’ social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook), monitor performance, and propose strategies to optimise for growth.
- Daily monitoring of social media platforms, customer reviews and feedbacks
- Maintain and update store information on digital platforms (eg.Lazada, Shopee, etc.)
- Liaise with external organizations for joint partnerships & promotions
- Liaising with suppliers, agencies etc. for marketing or trade executions
- Coordination of events or roadshows with respective agencies or suppliers.
- Preparation of marketing reports & presentations
- Attend to other ad-hoc marketing activities as assigned
