Job Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial support to the Director, including screening of calls, scheduling of meetings and appointments
- Management of email correspondences, drafting of replies
- Attending to guests and visitors - Preparation for meetings
- Maintain proper filing system and proper record keeping of clients/contact information for the Management Office.
- General office administrative duties includes attending to walk-ins, assisting to answer phone calls
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Preferably with 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B industry
- A positive work attitude and willingness to learn
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-driven and highly-motivated
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Have initiative, independent and well-organised - Enjoy communicating with people
