Job Responsibilities / Duties:
• Patient registration
• Preparation of Cases for Health screening, reviews
• Attending to Patient enquiries
• Billing
• Dispense medications
• Submission of Medisave, CHAS claims
• Medical records scanning
• Triage
Requirements:
• Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level
• Prior min. 2 years experience in admin support, customer service or healthcare
preferred
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skill
• Customer service oriented & positive attitude towards learning
Location: Biopolis
Hours of Work: 44 Hours / 5.5 days
