Location: Singapore, Changi North Rise
Working Hours: 5 days work week

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule installations, removals, relocations, and periodic maintenance of machines and equipment.
  • Submit necessary documents through online portals and handle any follow-up actions.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams via email and phone to provide timely updates on service requests.
  • Manage paperwork related to service orders, maintenance records, and other administrative tasks.
  • Track and report on service schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
