Job Responsibilities:
Market and Industry Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth research on target markets and industries, analyzing market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and other relevant factors to support corporate strategic decision-making.
- Track and analyze macroeconomic indicators, policy changes, technological developments, and other external factors impacting the industry.
- Prepare market analysis reports and research briefs to provide management with actionable insights.
Internal Company Analysis:
- Analyze internal operational data to identify key drivers of business performance and potential risks.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their strategic needs and provide data support and strategic recommendations.
- Participate in the strategic planning process, providing data-driven insights and research findings.
Strategy Development and Evaluation:
- Assist in the development and evaluation of the company’s long-term strategic plans, including market entry strategies, product development strategies, and partnership strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of strategic initiatives, providing recommendations for adjustments to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives.
- Contribute to the formulation and optimization of business strategies to align with the overall corporate strategy.
Project Management and Implementation:
- Support and drive the execution of strategic research projects, ensuring timely completion and achievement of project objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic plans, ensuring effective translation of strategy into operational activities.
- Regularly report on project progress and propose solutions to address any challenges encountered.
Innovation and Strategic Thinking:
- Introduce and apply advanced research tools and methodologies to enhance the depth and breadth of strategic research.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities, providing recommendations to drive company growth.
- Promote the application of innovative thinking in corporate strategy, encouraging continuous improvement and change.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in strategy research, market research, management consulting, or a related field.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel, SPSS, SAS, Tableau, or other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to present complex analysis clearly and concisely.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of developing effective strategies in a complex and dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, with strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Keen insight into industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market developments.
