Job Description
- Ensure that all glassware, crockeries, cutleries are cleaned properly.
- Responsible for dry mopping the whole Kitchen daily.
- Wash the Kitchen and fridges twice a week.
- Clean all Kitchen walls daily.
- Report to Chef on breakdown of dishwashing machine or whenever there is a low par of chemicals that requires top-up of chemical detergent.
- Ensure that all plates, cutleries and glassware are rinsed clean before placing them into the dishwashing machine for cleaning.
