Job Description & Requirements
- Prepare fruits, juices, rolls,butter, cereals, coffee/tea for breakfast.
- Prepare ice cream, hot dessert for lunch and dinner.
- Prepare snacks, fruits and sandwiches for functions and seminars.
- Keep all store rooms in a clean, tidy and hygienic manner, including refrigerators and freezer.
- Prevent wastage of goods in the pantry area.
- Report all incidents and accidents to the Chef/Sous Chef
- Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Management
- Minimum Secondary education or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in related field
- Possess a good working attitude
- Team player
- Work well under pressure
- Able to work on rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays
