About the job
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing incoming receipts and outgoing payments. This includes:
- Managing premium and claims collections.
- Process and ensure prompt payment of premiums and claims.
- Follow up with clients/cedants as needed.
- Perform regular reconciliation of receipts and payments with clients and cedants.
- Resolve outstanding receivables and payables.
Skills and experience required
- At least 3 years of finance/accounting experience in the re/insurance industry
- You should be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to work under tight deadlines
- You should possess execellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
