Job Purpose:
- The role supports the GTR Asia team to gather data include researching market trends, conducting competitive analysis, helping with promotional events, consolidating trackers & reports for insightful analysis to improve decision making process.
- Key deliverables will be the output from key launch projects that helps translate data into actionable insights with clear recommendations on actions to drive retail sales at point-of-sales and create impactful launches across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Commercial team on the consolidation of monthly sales report from customers.
- Monitoring all 2025 promo plans for APAC GTR
- Deployment of brand inductions programs/training for the frontline staff & promotional teams
- To support in Visual updates and Planogram guidelines
- Generate monthly report for the Monthly Business Update
- Maintain and update various stocks, sell-out, listing trackers
- Track Retailer and various Markets instores and on-line activities on a monthly basis
- Work with Retail Manager on allocation and dispatch/ courier of POSMs etc to various retailers across Asia
- Follow up with vendor for rendering/quotation/installation timeline/ tracking delivery number.
- Handle simple visual change for smaller stores – from contacting vendor, download visual from content lab and follow up the installation.
- Follow up with customer for store photo sharing after installation of visual.
- Follow up with customer and vendor on mall/ airport permit application
Requirements:
- Currently studying with Business/Marketing (major of studies)
- Interest & knowledge in digital marketing and visual merchandising is a plus.
- Analytical ability and passion, business oriented and used to work with Microsoft Excel
- Strong project management skills/ability to work on multiple topics concurrently under tight deadlines.
- Reliable, autonomous, precise, good organization & communication skills
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Good verbal and written language skills in English (and possibly Mandarin) a must.
- Good planning, organizational and analytical skills
- Independent and self-motivated individual, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
