Job Descriptions:
· Process orders from PR or WhatsApp groups.
· Confirm order details like description, model, and quantity.
· Source and negotiate the best deals with approved vendors for quality, price, terms, delivery, and service.
· Negotiate prices with vendors/suppliers to ensure the lower price.
· Checking prices against budget consistently and issuing purchase orders upon approval.
· Keep track of order status and delivery schedules.
· Update the project order list daily basis.
· Handle returns or credit notes for any discrepancy deliveries.
· Verify purchase order details against invoices/delivery orders.
· Perform system amendments for any discrepancies.
· Coordinate with the logistics department to follow up on partial deliveries.
· Update sales orders for exchanges or cancellations.
· Prepare weekly purchase reports on outstanding orders.
· Coordinate with operations for product information and timely delivery.
· Perform any additional tasks assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum GCE N, O Level or relevant qualifications
· Preferred 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
· Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
· Meticulous and able to work independently and as a team
· Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
· Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
· Able to start work immediately
