Responsibilities:
- Manage customer’s enquiries from our digital platforms (voice and/or non-voice) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction
- Handling customer's enquiries and complaints (High consumption, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment, etc)
- Ensure productivity and quality standards are met
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Period:
- 1 year contract
Location:
- Kallang Sector
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8am – 5.30pm or 8.30am – 6pm
Salary:
- up to $2500 + bonus
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level with at least 1 years of experience in contact centre handling voice and/or non-voice channels
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while being a cohesive team member
