Responsibilities:
- Assist the Supervisor in the overall management of pantry operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Keep pantry areas well-stocked and organized, ensuring food, cutlery, and crockery availability throughout the day.
- Support inventory management, addressing stock requirements and reporting any equipment issues promptly.
- Conduct routine checks to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards across pantry spaces.
- Train and guide new team members, ensuring alignment with service standards and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, adhering to emergency and risk management protocols.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Professional Certificate/NITEC.
- Experience: At least 1 year in F&B or a customer service setting.
- Skills: Proficient in basic administrative tasks, comfortable with using technology, and skilled in customer service.
- Attributes: Proactive, friendly, organized, and a strong team player with effective communication skills.
