Job Description:
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our equipment is efficiently maintained, installed, and serviced. This role requires close collaboration with our clients, offering technical support and hands-on troubleshooting to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing and preventive maintenance for equipment.
- Communicate with suppliers, peers, and customers (business units and manufacturing sites) to accurately relay technical information.
- Response to customers’ requests by troubleshooting problems and take corrective actions within targeted timeline.
- Provide technical training and support to client staff as necessary.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all client visits.
- Managing spare parts inventory.
- Practices good health and safe workplace.
Requirements:
- Degree in any engineering studies.
- Min 1 or 2 Years of relevant experience
- Exp in Semiconductor Industry / handling Semiconductor equipment will be added advantages
- Assembly exp will be added advantages
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients.
- Bilingual (Chinese & English) to liaise with Chinese speaking associate.
