. Job Description:
- In Charge of the day-to-day operations site
- Responsible for deployment of Security officers
- Carry out investigation and write reports
- Conduct on - the - Job training according to specified duties required by clients
- Provide support for Site Security Supervisors & assist in handling complaints or operational issues
- Make rounds and checks to various sites to ensure staff are carrying out their duties accordingly and meet up with clients to get feedback on regular basis
- Provide timely updates and reports
- Motivate and train the security office and troubleshoot problems
- At least 3 years of working experience in the Security Management related industry.
- Resolve disciplinary and security operational issues
- Possess IT and Security Systems Skills such as email on smartphones, CCTV handling/operations, etc
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
- GCE 'O', 'A' or Diploma in any field
- Minimum PLRD Grade SS
- Excellent communication skills and a "people" person
- Good interpersonal skills. dynamic, a good team player and ability to work very well with people
- Able to work independently
- Expects irregular hours
- Class 3 driving license
