Job Description
• Preparing and cutting of meat products - chilled / frozen pork or pork related products
• Packing and storing of pork products in designated containers
• Ensure proper labelling of finished items and ensure that they are packaged properly
• Ensure work safety, hygiene and all regulations are adhered to
• Ensure meat handling and storage is in compliance to safety standards
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
• Preferably prior experience in food processing environment
• Prior working experience in operating meat equipment such as band saw, slicer, meat grinder/blender and etc. will be an added advantage
• Physically fit to withstand cold temperate
• Flexible working timing
