We are now looking for a Particle Physics & Application Specialist.
About the role:
This position focuses on training and guiding customers through the beam commissioning process, with a strong emphasis on achieving high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of clinical workflows and beam commissioning, providing valuable expertise to Sales, Product Development, and our customers.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver expert training and ongoing support to customers, ensuring effective use of our software.
· Provide technical expertise to Sales by supporting product demos and customer evaluations.
· Oversee the beam commissioning process and manage initial software installations, particularly for proton therapy sites.
· Collect and relay customer feedback to Product Development for ongoing enhancements.

Qualifications
· Advanced degree in Particle Physics, Medical Physics, or related field.
· Proven experience in clinical workflows, specifically in beam commissioning.
· Strong technical aptitude, with expertise in software support and training.
· Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts for diverse audiences.
· Proficiency in project management, with experience in leading installation and training initiatives.
