Responsibilities
. Provide administrative support such as invoicing, data input, paperwork and filing of documents.
. Handle and coordinate procurement, shipping and logistics.
. Respond to telephone calls and emails.
. Liaison between customers and suppliers.
Requirements.
. Min 'N' level or ITE. Computer literate.
. Able to read, write & communicate in English and Chinese.
. Able to start work immediately or with short notice will be advantage.
. Candidates without experience and fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
. Organised, positive working attitude, and able to work independently
. Willingness to learn and good time management
