Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Accountable for the achievement of top line and bottom line targets
- Responsible for the training and development of the team (Cash handling, Inventory Management, Carmera setting, EPX/IMIX, Salesmanship)
- Maintains site’s staff performance and quality by training, assessing and performing evaluations
- In-charge of the site’s merchandises and stocks
- Knowledge in basic trouble shooting of the equipment in the site
- Make recommendations on pricing by reviewing sales activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; studying trends
- Maintains the stability and reputation of the site by complying with legal and partner requirements
- Responsible for keeping accurate records to assist with payroll and OT on a daily basis for the team on site
- Perform any other reasonable tasks as may be requested from time to time
Skills and Qualification
- Minimum 4 years of retail/ sales experience with 2 years in a management role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An extrovert who shows no qualm in striking up conversation with strangers
- The ability to impart knowledge and train others within the organization
- Flexible and adaptable
- A self-motivated fast learner with great interpersonal skills
