Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Accountable for the achievement of top line and bottom line targets
  • Responsible for the training and development of the team (Cash handling, Inventory Management, Carmera setting, EPX/IMIX, Salesmanship)
  • Maintains site’s staff performance and quality by training, assessing and performing evaluations
  • In-charge of the site’s merchandises and stocks
  • Knowledge in basic trouble shooting of the equipment in the site
  • Make recommendations on pricing by reviewing sales activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; studying trends
  • Maintains the stability and reputation of the site by complying with legal and partner requirements
  • Responsible for keeping accurate records to assist with payroll and OT on a daily basis for the team on site
  • Perform any other reasonable tasks as may be requested from time to time

Skills and Qualification

  • Minimum 4 years of retail/ sales experience with 2 years in a management role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An extrovert who shows no qualm in striking up conversation with strangers
  • The ability to impart knowledge and train others within the organization
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • A self-motivated fast learner with great interpersonal skills
