Job Description:
· Preparing and send quotation to customer in a timely manner
· Revise or change quotation details upon request from customer
· Maintaining and updating records in SAP CRM accurately
· Keeping track of the sales team’s communication with customers
· Support in following up sales lead and opportunities in SAP CRM for sales team
· Ability to communicate both internal and external customers at all levels
· Support any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager
Requirements
· Some experience in commercial practice and sales admin experience
· Understanding in SAP CRM is a plus attribute
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Adaptable, multi-tasking, good organisational skills
· Ability to adapt to fast pace working environment
· A good team player
· Good command in English and Chinese
· ITE/ Diploma equivalents
