- Attend sales enquiries
- Develop and grow new account
- Conduct prospecting and introduce our services to prospective clients
- Handle customer feedback for improvement
- Planning and executing sales action plans to engage prospects and follow up on prospects clients
- Conduct and maintain positive customer relationship
- Achieving monthly sales target
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Negotiate and close deals
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations of products and services
- Account management. Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition
Job Requirement:
- Min ‘O’ Level and above
- 2 years relevant Sales experience or relevant role
- Proficient in English
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Possess valid class 3 driving license
