- Support customer inquiries and troubleshoot complaints via various means (Emails/ Calls/ WA) in a timely manner
- Understand & explain company’s product and provide appropriate recommendations
- Provide prices and prepare quotes for customers
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions / databases
- Proactively monitor customer’s orders and resolve issues before it becomes critical
- Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver customer’s request(s)
- Build, maintain good relationship with our customers and suppliers and ensure high customer satisfaction
