Location: Tampines
Duration:12 Months Contract
Working Hours: 9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thurs and 9AM to 5.30PM Fri, with 1 Hour meal break
Job Description:
- Perform assurance checks on post trade transactions
- Download and review trade documents
- Matching and reconciliation of daily work
- Update and maintenance of various inventory lists
- Preparation and review of reports
- Assist in any admin duties like stationary purchase requisition, work order requests, filing, faxing, retrieval of trade docs
- Other adhoc work as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field with prior admin experience
- Proficient is MS excel/words
