Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies to expand FOSI Consultants' presence in the market.
- Lead and manage the process of acquiring new clients and projects.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and bids for new projects.
- Work with the technical and design teams to ensure that proposals meet client requirements and align with company capabilities.
- Collaborate with senior management and project teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Collaborate with finance and project teams to support the development of pricing strategies, assist in revenue forecasting, and ensure alignment between business development activities and financial targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other field; a Master's degree is preferred
- At least 2-4 years of experience in business development, preferably in engineering or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of the design and consulting sectors, including project management and urban planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
