Job Description:
- Basic Accounting (E.g. bookkeeping, data key-in, etc.)
- Receive delivery order from client and update job instruction into company in-house system
- Provide general administrative duties (E.g. scanning, printing, filing of document, quotation, accounts related document, paper work & etc)
- Support general office operation
- Vendor sourcing and procurement
- Monitor shipment of order
- Ad-hoc duties from manager
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level
- 1 year admin clerk experience preferred
- Meticulous and good eye for detail
- Pleasant disposition and customer-service oriented
- Able to competantly speak Mandarin
- Able to commit to some over time
- 5.5 days week
