Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock tracking, and ensuring efficient space utilization.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for accurate and efficient inventory management.
- Manage logistics and transportation operations, including coordinating shipments, delivery schedules, and ensuring timely distribution.
- Collaborate with carriers and suppliers to optimize delivery routes and reduce transportation costs.
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse and logistics staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Implement and manage process improvements, leveraging technology and data analysis for optimized logistics performance.
- Oversee accurate and timely completion of logistics documentation, such as shipping records, invoices, and compliance reports.
Job Qualification:
- Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5+ years in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Proficient in inventory management systems and logistics software.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and counterparts.
