• Handle the complete order processing inclusive of quotation, purchase of supplies and logistics, with a focus of sales of trading goods from Komax subsidiaries and OSS suppliers to third party
• Support field sales person for related customer communication
• Interact with customers via phone, email or chat to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns and request about products and services.
• Update internal databases with information about commercial, technical or useful discussion with customer
• Follow up and make scheduled call back to customer where necessary
• Ensure Code of Conduct compliances
