Your responsibilities include:
- Engage & coordinate with project’s stakeholders for design and permitting inputs to enable timely and quality deliverables
- Coordinates site inspection and authority clearances
- Project management from start to handover, including authorities submission, project procurement preparation and detailing
What you will need:
- Enthusiastic individuals with good team spirit
- A recognised relevant university degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years’ post-graduate experience in Architectural schematic design, design development, tender documentation and project administration of various size and types of projects
- Good portfolio of project work
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Possess good knowledge of local building codes and regulations, authority requirements and compliance ability
