Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of the features and capabilities of our in-house virtual Annual General Meeting platform, ensuring alignment with client and regulatory needs.
- Management Presentations: Organise and deliver clear, impactful presentations to senior management team, explaining the versatility, built-in security features, and compliance with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) regulations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate and host information sessions with the different stakeholders and participants, ensuring they are fully briefed on the processes, timelines, and data collection requirements for each virtual annual general meetingproject.
- Team Training: Lead and train the virtual annual general meeting team to uphold the highest standards of professionalism in virtual annual general meeting moderation, ensuring smooth operations during the virtual annual general meeting process.
- Task & Resource Allocation: Oversee the assignment of tasks and resources for the customisation of the virtual annual general meeting platform, ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
- Quality Control & Verification: Ensure the accuracy of all builds, testing, and system integrations. Verify that the platform meets client specifications and operates as intended before each virtual annual general meeting session.
- Conduct Virtual Annual General Meetings: Conduct, manage, and oversee the execution of virtual annual general meetings, ensuring seamless delivery and troubleshooting (if required) during the sessions to guarantee a positive experience for clients and attendees.
- Continuous Improvement: Organise regular training and workshops for the entire virtual annual general meeting team to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all client engagements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- In-depth Knowledge of BMSMA: Strong understanding of the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) and its implications for virtual annual general meeting processes.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all processes, documentation, and system functionality.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, engaging manner.
- Client-Centric: Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations, attend to specific client requests, and provide timely solutions to any issues or concerns.
- Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, ensuring high standards of professionalism, customer service, and operational efficiency.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges, proactively address concerns, and provide creative solutions to ensure the smooth running of the eAGM process.
- Experience with Technology: Prior experience with virtual annual general meeting technology platforms or similar software tools is highly desirable.
