- He/She is required to prospect for new accounts, maintain existing accounts, and build relationships with newly acquired customers.
- Service corporate accounts and manage full sales cycles
- You are required to apply appropriate strategies to increase sales.
- Keep updated on market competition and prices
- Attend site meetings and responsible to liaise with our customers on their solution needs and after sales need.
- Follow up and process sales orders, sales report generation, project management and sales presentations.
- Corresponding with customers on quotations and purchase order related issues.
- Manage daily sales inquiries and quotations via email and phone for both existing and new clients.
- Work closely & coordinate with the indoor team to maximize sales figures.
- Liaise with operation team and ensure timely delivery of customers’ orders
- To prepare report after Job Done / Pump Repair Done. (Training will be provided)
- Carry out risk assessment; Make recommendations on risk control measures and Communication Risk Assessments (RA) to concerned parties and other Method of Statement. (Training will be provided)
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma holder preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Applicants with no working experience are welcomed (Training provided)
- Strong knowledge of pumps and their applications is highly desirable
- Experience in engineering sales/customer service is a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel for business purposes as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn, pleasant personality, humble responsible, positive working attitude and hardworking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers.
- Salary base on the working experience, additionally + Commission
- Flexible and able to Support on Saturday if required.
- Class 3 driving license with own vehicle.
