Job duties:
- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote sports club activities, events, and memberships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Create compelling content for various marketing channels including social media, website, email newsletters, and print materials.
- Manage the company's social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with external agencies, partners, and sponsors to maximize promotional opportunities and reach target audiences.
- Analyse marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously optimize marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and overall business objectives.
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral such as brochures, banners, and promotional materials.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 15 years of relevant working experience with a pronounced focus on devising and implementing integrated marketing campaigns, preferably within the sports industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese for liaising with overseas counterparts.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms for performance tracking and reporting.
