Job Description
- Identify and evaluate inherent risks in cases by synthesizing diverse information.
- Utilize professional tools and templates to support staff in case assessment and planning.
- Represent the centre in advocacy efforts, aiming to ensure vulnerable families have equal access to opportunities by collaborating with community partners.
- Participate in assessments of clients and communities, group work, community engagement, and specialized intervention strategies.
- Assist the Assistant Senior, Senior, and Lead Professionals in implementing the centre’s operational protocols, processes, and policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Centre.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work from an accredited institution/Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work from an accredited institution
- A strong inclination for research and planning is advantageous.
