Job Description:
- In Charge of setting up Laptops for users and user PC software installation and assist users to setup their mobile devices for Outlook email and Microsoft Teams meeting
- Responsible in maintaining and updating IT inventory list and IT spare parts management.
- Taking charge of working with vendors to resolve IT hardware failures and proprietary software issues and preparing documentation for IT software installation, troubleshooting steps, server rack and network diagram
- In Charge of attending to end users' requests and resolve their PC/laptop hardware and software issues either onsite or remotely and performing of Preventive Maintenance including all office laptops and pc
- Taking charge of working with the IT Team for project implementation and ring central maintenance
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in Level 1 &2 Technical Support and experience in Microsoft Office application and servers
