- Maintaining Salesforce.com records (order information, device records, service & support activities)
- Support countries as required with technical support activities
- Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance to our team's members and customers via telephone and
remote services and any other applications - Assist and manage new, existing issues or tasks and be the main support contact between your nominated country and headquarters
- Coordinate with local country team members to resolve customer issues
- Work closely with other team members to escalate or report issues when they arise
- Log every support request and respond to call back requests as indicated in your KPI
- Identify cause of reported issue which can be either hardware, software or network
