Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, development and execution of marketing communication strategies and campaigns.
- Develop, refine and maintain product positioning, messaging and key value propositions.
- Create and manage marketing collateral such as product brochures, sales decks, presentation slides, demonstration kits, factsheets and white papers.
- Coordinate and organise internal and external marketing events, webinars and trade shows, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
- Coordination and execution of product launches and updates, ensuring timely and effective communication across all platforms.
- Track, monitor and analyse the performance of product marketing initiatives and campaigns such as sign-up rates and leads generation, providing insights for optimisation.
- Support corporate marketing and communications in managing public relations, social media outreach and internal communications.
- Responsible for corporate website and all social media platform contents including content development, website design, maintaining and updating of contents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in marketing communications, product marketing, event management, and related fields is required for this position.
- Strong understanding of corporate and product marketing strategies and how to create content that drives engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling graphics, promotional materials, and videos that support marketing objectives.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media strategies, and email marketing tools.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.) is a definite advantage.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
