Job Responsibility
- Perform necessary administrative tasks and provide daily operational support to assigned operating unit(s)/area(s), services, or programs.
- Develop and nurture relationships with partners, both internal and external, to enhance operational efficiency.
- Track and monitor relevant datasets, responding promptly to changes in data.
- Prepare and analyze data for reports and assist in drafting various documents as required.
- Ensure compliance with all service and operations standards and requirements.
- Oversee the maintenance and contribute to the development of tracking and monitoring systems within the department.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing service quality and make recommendations accordingly.
- Assist in planning and implementing changes aimed at improving service levels and raising quality standards.
- Participate in planning, implementing, and managing quality improvement projects at both Hospital-wide and Departmental levels.
- Provide active support for staff training and development initiatives.
- Act as a change agent to promote a mindset change for Hospital-wide/Departmental level initiatives, fostering a culture of collegiality and effective teamwork.
Job Requirement
- Degree in any relevant discipline
- Training will be provided to candidates with no prior experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- People-oriented with a focus on outcomes; ability to work well in a team and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with budgeting, corporate administration, and healthcare administration concepts is advantageous.
