a. Greet Guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended.
b. Manage guest/customer inquiries, requests, and feedback
c. Answer phone and email inquiries from potential guests promptly and respectfully.
d. Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, packages, etc
e. Perform basic administrative /secretarial/reception duties.
f. Maintain inventory and supplies and order new stock as needed.
g. Running errands to assist guests/customers.
h. Handle errands to assist guests/customers.
i. Record incident reports and assist in follow-up actions (if any)
j. Ensure that guest spaces and lobby are clean and tidy.
k. Do any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Singtel Corporate Security Management
