We are a key solutions provider for the building industry, with our extensive range of products including access floor systems, floor coverings, static control systems as well as carpets and self-levelling compounds.
Job Scopes:
- Prepare and produce shop drawings, as-built drawings and construction drawings in accordance with project requirements.
- Handle 2D & 3D modelling and shop drawings for project using Autodesk Revit & AutoCad software.
- Clash detection report and options for resolution.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure timely submission and approval of technical drawings.
- Ensure that BIM models are delivered with high quality and on a timely basis
- Attend site coordination meetings if require.
- Maintain good document control and record.
- A self-motivated person capable of working under pressure.
Requirement:
- Possess a Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Higher Nitec in Architectural Technology / Revit Architecture Certified Professional or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience as CAD Drafter/ BIM Modeller in construction industry. Fresh graduate may also apply.
- REVIT and AutoCAD is a must. Knowledge of Naviswork & Acrobat is a plus.
