WadzPay are looking for an experienced and innovative Web3 Marketing Executive to join our team and lead marketing initiatives for our blockchain products and services. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital marketing with a passion for Web3 technologies and an understanding of decentralized ecosystems, blockchain trends, and community-driven marketing strategies. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase product awareness, grow and manage community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote blockchain-based products, services, and solutions.
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns that align with the goals of the project
- Lead community-building initiatives on platforms like Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and other relevant channels
- Engage with community members to foster a loyal user base, address concerns, and drive engagement
- Organize and participate in community events, AMAs, and online discussions
- Create compelling content (articles, blogs, videos, podcasts, social media posts) to educate and engage the audience on Web3 topics.
- Collaborate with community managers to provide timely and transparent updates, AMAs, and regular product information
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality promotional materials
- Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence on platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging Web3 social platforms
- Monitor social media trends, platform developments, and competitor strategies within the Web3 landscape
- Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, on-chain analytics, and social listening platforms to understand user behaviour and campaign impact
- Coordinate with external partners, including advertising networks, PR firms, and Web3 ecosystem partners, to drive brand reach and credibility
- Stay updated on industry regulations, crypto advertising policies, and relevant compliance standards to ensure adherence
- Proactively manage potential risks, handling reputation management issues, and maintaining the brand’s integrity
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Masters / Bachelor’s in Marketing & Communications or Business Management
- 3-5 years in digital marketing, with at least 1 year focused on blockchain/Web3
- Understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications, and Web3 products.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms).
- Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in an engaging and accessible way.
- Knowledge of community management on Web3 platforms and social channels.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
