Job Description

We are seeking a Staff/Enrolled Nurse to provide top-notch patient care in our clinic located in the Novena area. The ideal candidate will perform clinical and administrative duties, assist doctors with minor procedures, and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Basic Nursing Duties: Perform phlebotomy, vaccinations, and wound dressing.
• Procedure Assistance: Assist doctors in minor surgical procedures.
• Medication Dispensing: Accurately dispense medication and manage drug inventory, including quarterly stock takes.
• Patient Management: Manage medical records, handle phone calls and inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Appointment Coordination: Book referral appointments and register patients.
• Clinical & Administrative Duties: Maintain efficiency in both clinical and administrative tasks.
• Clinic Operations: Support smooth clinic operations and assist the surgeon during procedures.
• Other Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Nitec or Diploma in Nursing or higher.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a clinic setting.
• Certification: Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Attributes: Strong patient care and service skills; a team player who can also work independently.
• Preferred: Nurses with experience assisting doctors in procedures are highly regarded.

Additional Information

1. Salary: Up to $4,400 basic, plus variable bonus and AWS.
2. Work Schedule: 5.5-day work week (Monday to Friday: full day; Saturday: half day). Working hours are based on clinic opening and closing times.
