Job Summary:
Successful candidate will manage and coordinate administrative matters in the Technical Department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with technical team members in updating work progress
- Assist Technical Director in supervising the technical team members and ensure the guidelines are met
- Follow up and update technical documents such as Team KPI reports, attendance tracking, training arrangement and record updates, team org charts, etc.
- Assist in calendar support, team meeting arrangement, record & distribution of meeting minutes
- Assist in development and distribution of job status reports
- Assist in project time tracking and costing reports when necessary
- Facilitate all project logistics and facility needs
- Purchase of PPE items and wish list items through HR / Procurement
- Effectively handle and manage customers’ feedback and complaints
- Responsible to upkeep the service level to ensure service excellence delivery to both internal and external customers and partners
- Other duties assigned by Technical Director
Job Requirements:
- Min. 1 year of related experience
- Min. ITE or Diploma
- Strong Microsoft Excel report, word and PPT skills
- Possess good written and verbal communication, presentation skills
- Possess initiative and ability to respond quickly to various situations
- Possess ability to collaborate and work as a team
- Familiar with Sales Force system will be an advantage
