- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals/newspapers etc.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Conduct interviews, evaluate applicants, and select candidates to meet the company workforce requirement.
- Analyze hiring data and propose improvements to raise the effectiveness of the hiring process.
- Keep documentation of the recruitment process up to date
- Participate in job fairs and career events
- Keep up-to-date with the industry trend
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and HR statistics
- Other ad-hoc HR duties as required
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Security Industry
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and managers.
- A passionate individual, have a positive attitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, be meticulous, organized, and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality;
- Strong sense of responsibility, maturity, and a team player;
- Able to work independently and under pressure;
- Good computing skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
