Job Description:
- Respond and generate quotation in response to existing customers
- Response to inquiries and provide solutions to customer needs
- Recommend customers for upgrades and maintenance contracts
- Attend surveys to determine more complex needs
- Design and proposal of basic to mid-level complexity solutions.
- Prepare necessary checks on stock availability and lead time of items before generating quotation
- Process signed quotations or purchase orders received from customers
- Work with procurement team on alternatives for required stock item that are not available
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least ITE, diploma or equivalent qualification
- 3 years of experience in security system would be an advantage. No prior sales experience is required if he/she has security technology knowledge
- Mature and meticulous individual with attention to details and a logical mindset
- Familiar with ERP / CRM system (i.e. Salesforce, NetSuite) and MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- On the job training will be provided
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, high adaptability and positive attitude are expected
- Typically 80% indoor, 20% outdoor
