Role Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Head of Technology Solutions for Corporate Functions to lead and oversee technology systems for Corporate Services Business Units on a global scale.
- This role focuses on the implementation and support of key corporate systems, including an ongoing Cloud Services & Migration, Application Modernization, Conversational AI using Llama, GPT models with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) frameworks, mobile app dev, APIs, SaaS, CMS, CXM, Microservices, Docker, Data & Analytics, IaaS, PaaS.
- The successful candidate will lead a small, high-performance team responsible for the technology infrastructure, managing multiple projects and advancing a collaborative, results-driven environment. This individual will also be responsible for budget planning, programme accounting, and expenditure monitoring for their department.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Lead and manage a small team responsible for delivering and supporting IT solutions for Corporate Services Business Units. Drive alignment of technology with business needs and ensure a high-performance, growth-oriented culture within the team.
- Project & Vendor Management: Manage multiple projects focused on corporate systems, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver consistent, high-quality results. Develop standards for vendor management, contracts, and performance across projects.
- Budget & Programme Accountability: Take ownership of budget planning, expenditure monitoring, and financial reporting for the Corporate IT department. Ensure programme accounting and costing align with the company’s financial standards and project requirements.
- Collaboration & Partnership: Build strong relationships within the company and with external partners to facilitate successful project delivery, problem-solving, and innovation. Act as a bridge between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
- Business Intelligence & Data Analytics: Drive initiatives focused on Business Intelligence and Data Analytics across functions and geographies, enhancing data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- People Development: Cultivate future leaders by providing team members with accountability and growth opportunities. Foster a high-performance culture that encourages continuous learning and development.
Key Requirements :
Education:
Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business administration).
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Heading Corp IT Function, with extensive experience in IT outsourcing and vendor management.
- Proven track record managing complex, global projects involving Cloud services and Data Analytics, CDP, Business
- Must have proven track record of solution design and implementation for digital technologies and platform
- Strong background in managing relationships between business users, vendors, and internal IT teams to deliver impactful results.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully leading Business Intelligence and Data Analytics initiatives across various functions and regions.
