SWIMWERKS ACADEMY IS LOOKING FOR goal-oriented, career-driven individuals who are results-focused team players.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate shall drive the entire B2C / B2B sales process from leads generation to customer engagement, qualifying, consultation, closure, and after sales
- Follow up with leads / sales opportunities closely and close the deals effectively
- Network, build, maintain relationship with customers and prospects
- Work closely with all parties in ensuring successful outcomes for the delivery of Instructors
- Resolve customers’ feedback, enquiries, and provide solutions
- Preparing tender documents, submission of tender & negotiating contracts
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Develop strategies, Implement innovative ideas, fostering partnerships and outreach efforts to drive growth & revenue for the company
- Apply your analytical skills in research and lead generation to support business development, proposal creation, and initiatives aligning with Swimwerks Academy's growth objectives
- Any other administrative duties assigned by the company
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in business or any relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales is preferred
- Confident & fearless mentality
- Have the Hunter & Farmer attributes in you
- Have the business sense in you (Quickness in understanding & dealing with a business situation)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous, organized, and keen eye for details
- Knowledge of MS Office software
